The Process
Initial Enquiry
If you unsure what products you would like a price for, or you need any help and advice please contact us and we will happily walk you through the options and products that are available.
If you know exactly what you want/need then please contact us directly, either by email or over the phone and we will provide you with an estimate.
**Please note, all supply only orders are based on the measurements/spec provided by you. We do not attend site or provide a measuring service.

Estimate
We will provide you with an estimate on a supply only basis. This inlcudes to supply and deliver (if delivery is inlcuded) the products to you. Collection is avavilable between 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. We are able to facilitate a Saturday collection/delivery - however this must be arranged in advance and is not available every week.
Order Placed
We will order the products as per the sizes, spec and estimate we have provided. You will be informed RE the expected lead time for the products you have ordered. When the order arrives with us we will call you to arrange collection/delivery and payment.
Payment
To place the order we require a 50% deposit (orders more than £2,000) this can be paid by debit/credit card over the phone, cash or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is to be paid on the day of collection/delivery with no acceptions.
For orders less than £2,000 we will require full payment prior to placing the order.
